Die Casting
Metal casting is one of the most common casting processes. Metal patterns are dimensionally stable and durable.They are used where repetitive production of castings is required in large quantities.
Casting is most often used for making complex shapes that would be otherwise difficult or
uneconomical to make by other methods.
Similar to an injection molding, we use certified machines and pressure casting dies to form molten metal into your designs.
Material and quantity
Material: Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Magnesium, Zinc or other tin based alloys.Volume: 1000 - 10000 parts Tooling time: 20 - 60 working days.
Tolerance
Some parts of fine size can reach 0.02 mm.
Minimum overall dimension is 0.02 mm.
General tolerance is 0.1 mm.
