1.The scraper lays a layer of metal powder on the base plate of the forming cylinder.
2.The laser beam will selectively melt the powder according to the cross-sectional profile of each layer of the part to process the current layer.
3.After the sintering of the first layer is completed, the lifting system lowers the height of the cross-section layer, and the powder laying roller lays another layer of metal powder on the formed cross-section layer to sinter the next layer.
4.So that the whole part is processed layer by layer until the sintering of the whole part is completed.
